Mantra Legal Consulting was founded by Marci Krufka Taylor, a seasoned law firm strategy and management consultant with more than 25 years of experience advising law firms and legal organizations.
Marci works directly with firm leadership on every engagement, serving as a trusted advisor to managing partners, executive committees, COOs, CMOs, and practice group leaders. Her background spans strategic planning, governance and compensation, practice group performance, marketing and business development, leadership development, and succession planning.
Clients value her practical approach, deep understanding of law firm economics and culture, and ability to help leaders move from ideas to execution, keeping pace with a rapidly changing legal market while recognizing the need for consensus in the law firm environment.
